Welcome to AI Meeting Assistant! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, browser extension, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of Service
AI Meeting Assistant provides an AI-powered tool designed to help users transcribe, summarize, and extract action items from online meetings. The Services are provided "as is" and are subject to continuous development and improvement.
2. Use of the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Services or its source code.
- Record or transcribe meetings without obtaining the necessary consent from all participants as required by applicable local laws.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account or authenticate via a third-party service (e.g., Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use.
4. User Content and Privacy
When you use AI Meeting Assistant, the audio, text, and transcripts generated during your meetings ("User Content") are processed by our Services. We claim no ownership over your User Content. Our processing of your User Content is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to process it using our Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content), including all underlying software, algorithms, designs, and logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Meeting Assistant and its licensors.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. We are not responsible for the availability, features, or privacy practices of these third-party platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Meeting Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
